Fixing a Stained & Discolored Photo

A very basic and fairly simple tutorial dealing with discoloration and staining on a photo.

Even though this kind of photo will require a lot of restoration after the discoloring has been taken care of. For the sake of simplicity, in this tutorial we'll deal specifically with just the discoloration and the staining in this photograph.
