Q: How do i place an order?

Placing an order is very simple.

1 - Request a custom price quote.
2 - Make a payment to place your order.
3 - Approve the e-mailed proof for printing and delivery.
4 - Receive your printed photos through the mail.

Q: How long does it take you to restore a photo?

Our average restoration turnaround time is about 2 to 3 weeks.

Q: Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?

We work with you to deliver the results you desire. We do not stop working until you are satisfied, so your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.

Q: What's your return policy?

In a rare event where we are unable to restore a photo to your satisfaction, a complete refund will be issued.

(Please be aware that no refunds will be given after the printed photo has been mailed).


Q: What are the shipping charges?

Shipping estimates are for 1-5 prints. Our shipping charges are as follows:

Standard - $1.25
2-Day shipping - $6.99
Overnight - $9.99
Canada - $2.99
International - $6.55

Q: Can I send you the original photo through mail?

No we do not accept original photos through mail. As e-mailing your photo ensures safety of your originals.

If you are unable to scan your photo you can have it scanned at your local Walgreens for a nominal fee.

Q: What resolution should i scan my photo at?

Please scan your photos at or above 300 DPI in RGB mode in JPEG format.

Make sure to scan for the desired print size for the restoration. So if you want the final restored photo to be 8”x10” and scanning at 300 DPI. The photo should be scanned to be 2400x3000 pixels.
